If you are far away from you techie friends and you are having troubles with your PC or laptop, how will you explain everything to them? will the understand the things that you meant to say?How can the solve the problem when they can’t even touch it or even see it?  If they understand what you meant can they even do soething to deal with the problem?

When my relatives from other countries and other places here in the Philippines are having troubles with their PC I can always provide answers and solutions to their software problems.  How do I do it? One great software that I have been using for quite sometime is the Team Viewer, its an amazing software that I can use everywhere anywhere as long as I have the internet and my laptop.  I’ll just ask an ID and password and there I can control and view their PC as if I am using my own.  I can read, write and execute programs anytime I want as if I am the owner and administrator of the computer.  I can also give them tutorials, and other stuff that involves viewing and editing of their works. It relieves from misunderstanding and pain on the head every time I am giving technical support to them .  So you can use it and download it anytime.  If you will be using it for business purposes then you are required to pay for the use of the software else they are giving free trials.

This is one amzing doftware that they have made, it eases my pains and so as theirs.  It is giving you an interface that as if you where working on your own PC.  It is always great to have some stuff in our collections.
