delete file error

How do we delete undeletable files in windows?

There are files that windows don’t allow us to delete especially when the file is currently being used.  This is a good thing  if it isn’t a malware or any virus.  The question is how do we delete windows files that does not allow us?

Click the Start menu, select Run, and type CMD to bring up the Command Prompt. Now hit CTRL-ALT-DEL to open the Task Manager. Under the Processes tab, highlight explorer.exe and click End Process. ALT-Tab your way to the Command Prompt and then navigate to the directory of the fi le you’re trying to delete using the CD command (cd C:\Program Files\installers). Where installers is the folder name or the filename.  Next, use the delete command to delete the offending file (del installers.exe or del installers if it is a folder). ALT-Tab back to the Task Manager, select New Task under File, and type explorer.exe to bring back the Windows shell. Another thing to try is the unlocker and it is a free software for windows and is effective.  You can Download it here.  Some Preview of the software:
